The studios of Endeavor Performance are the only fully-dedicated, boutique indoor cycling studios in Tennessee. Both studios use sophisticated magnetic bike trainers (CompuTrainer) that are leveraged by numerous computer software packages (RacerMate One, Real Course Video, ErgVideo, PerfPRO Studio and PerfPRO Analyzer). The trainers are one of the most accurate power meters available. Because of this, the classes are all based on wattage or specifically an athlete’s functional threshold in power.

The workouts are custom built and tailored to help you get the most out of your workout. The studios offer a friendly, relaxed, safe and team-oriented environment to enjoy group training at its best. Our team of instructors have been carefully selected for their passion, dedication, energy, respect and amazing personalities. Similar to our cycling studio, Endeavor Performance has a dedicated running studio equipped with the latest athlete technology. We have eight Star Trac 10 TRX Free Runner treadmills, which provide a revolutionary new indoor running experience. By using a patent pending hex deck system supported by a proprietary hexagonal polymer suspension system, our treadmills have unprecedented cushion and responsiveness. One could describe running on them to feel buttery, easy on the joints, or even like running outside on a track! The workouts are customized to your fitness needs to help you get the most out of your time spent running. We leverage PerfPRO Studio software to create custom tailored workouts based on one’s threshold pace.

Our multiple onsite studios allow athletes to do brick workouts efficiently and effectively. The running classes offer a friendly, relaxed, safe and team-oriented environment to enjoy group training at its best.



Yoga is often a missing component of training for endurance athletes because it is so easy to skip. We make it easy for you to take advantage of all the benefits of yoga with our onsite yoga studio that couples the practice with our cycling and running sessions. We believe the practice of Restorative yoga provides an effective means to aid in active recovery through passive stretching. Yoga practice strengthens both the key supporting muscles used in running and cycling, as well as the underused muscles. The movement in yoga helps develop strength in the core, quads, hamstrings, back, and hip flexors, which will help cyclists, runners, and triathletes prevent injury. Yoga reminds us to breathe, look after our bodies, and find balance in our training.
