Yoga for Endurance Athletes

Not your average yoga class…restorative yoga for cyclists, runners and multisport athletes!  Our yoga sessions are offered 15 minutes after most of the cycling and running sessions.  We believe that prescribing yoga to your training will improve your strength and balance, as well as give you a heightened sense of how your body moves.  This 30 minute class is to help you stretch your muscles while you’re still warm and tired from the class beforehand!


Yoga for Runners

This class is coupled specifically with our running sessions and targets the muscles every runner uses


Yoga for Cyclists

This class is coupled specifically with our cycling sessions and targets the muscle areas that any cyclist needs to work on to improve flexibility and strength.
